Mission Statement

 

“To supply people with information and help them develop skills they can use to improve the quality of their life. I focus on two key areas: how we eat and how we move.

To assist people in achieving the energy, health, and self-confidence they want to have, using evidence-based, safe, and sustainable methods to do so.

Everyone should have the knowledge and skill set to direct their energy, health, weight, and strength. My goal is to teach those I work with how to do this, so they can achieve the results they want in every area of their life.”

Steve Taylor is a registered dietitian who helps people develop sustainable healthy habits.

Steve has a Master’s Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Exercise Physiology. This formal training, combined with 15 years of experience has equipped him with tools, skills, and strategies which he now teaches to others through his weekly coaching program.

Weekly Coaching Program

A program for individuals who want to:

  • Develop sustainable healthy eating and exercising habits

  • Lose or gain weight (depending on your goal)

  • Build muscle and get stronger

  • Have more energy and greater mental clarity

 

The three areas the program focuses on are your nutrition, daily physical activity, and lifting weights. Everything is taught through the lens of how it can enhance the quality of our life and make us more effective in all areas of life, without needing to become our entire life. Moderation and balance is the overarching philosophy.

 

A major emphasis of the program is on education. Through learning the fundamentals, you will know how to adjust the way you eat and move to support your health and fitness goals for the rest of your life.

As A Program Graduate, You Will:

  • Be able to maintain your new weight and body without needing to micromanage your diet (in other words, you won’t need to track your calorie intake for the rest of your life)

  • Know the fundamentals of nutrition and lifting weights so you can maintain the level of health and fitness you want to have long-term (as long as it’s realistic)

  • Know how to set up and run a fat-loss phase so you can run one yourself in the future if you ever want to

  • Have a thorough understanding of food and your body’s needs

  • Have a collection of foods, meals, and snacks you enjoy

  • Be able to perform a wide variety of exercises safely and effectively

  • Be able to teach yourself new exercises

  • Be able to build and modify your own workout programs so that you can always have a program that fits your life

How To Enroll:

Step 1: Fill Out The Form Below

Briefly describe your situation and goals.


Step 2: Phone Call With Steve

You and Steve have a casual half-hour conversation to meet each other and discuss your situation, goals, and the program in more detail.


Step 3: Schedule Start-Up Video Consultation & Onboarding Documents

If you and Steve both agree the program is a good fit for you and your goals and that now is a good time for you to go through the program, you will schedule your start-up video consultation and be sent some documents to fill out.


Step 4: Start-Up Video Consultation

During this consultation you and Steve will go through your situation and goals in more detail, different tools you are going to use and how to use them, map out your big picture game plan, and cover your plan for Week 1.


Step 5: Weekly Video Consultations

You and Steve meet via video call once per week for ~40 minutes. During your consultations, you and Steve will review the previous week, add in new goals and cover new information as you progress your way through the program, and make adjustments to your plan when necessary to ensure you stay on track with your goals.
