"My mission is simple: To help people improve the quality of their lives. I do this by focusing on three key areas: nutrition (what we eat), exercise (how we move), and psychology (how we think).

I want to help you achieve the level of energy, health, and self-confidence you've always wanted to have, while using evidence-based, safe, and sustainable methods to do so.

Everyone should have the knowledge and skillset to direct their own energy, health, and thoughts, and it is my goal to teach those I work with how to do this, so they can achieve the results they want in every area of their lives."

Steve Taylor is a registered dietitian and lifestyle coach who through sustainable behavior changes  elicits positive lifestyle transformations in, and with his clients.  

Steve has a Master’s Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Exercise Physiology. This formal training, combined with a decade of experience, has equipped him with powerful tools, skills, and strategies which he now teaches and shares with others.

Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Steve now resides in Los Angeles, California.

Remote Weekly Coaching Program

 

For those who are committed to changing their lifestyle, weekly coaching offers close guidance and frequent contact. This program is for those seeking sustainable weight loss and who want to improve their energy, health, and self-confidence.

How The Process Works

Step 1: Complimentary Phone Consultation

You and Steve have a phone consultation (~30 minutes) to meet each other and discuss your needs, goals, and the program in more detail.

Step 2: Pre-Program Data Collection

If you and Steve both agree you would make a good team and that starting the program at this point in your life is appropriate, you then go through a short data-collection period.

Step 3: Start-Up Consultation

You and Steve have a second, longer consultation to discuss the data you collected, cover additional relevant information that was not collected during the pre-program data-collection period, and map out your starting protocol together.

Step 4: Protocol Design

Steve uses the information you collected and the notes from the start-up consultation to create your starting protocol. Your protocol includes guidance in the areas of: nutrition, exercise/movement, and lifestyle strategies relevant to your goals.

Step 5: Begin Weekly Coaching Program

You and Steve meet (via phone or Skype) once per week for 30 to 40-minutes. During the consultation, you and Steve review the previous week, cover struggles, successes, and make adjustments to the protocol (when necessary) to ensure you stay on track with your goals.

  • Improve how you feel physically (more energy, greater mental clarity, improved digestive system functioning) and how you feel about yourself

  • Teach you the fundamentals of nutrition and exercise, what matters most and what matters least (if at all), so you know how to achieve and maintain the level of health and fitness you want to have long-term

  • Replace undesirable behaviors with desirable behaviors

  • Permanent lifestyle transformation
